A little bit of an update~

♡ Hi everybody! ♡

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my blog post today~
I just wanted to do a small update as it is nearly Christmas and I'm not sure when I will be able to write more blog posts during the seasonal holiday! ♡

First thing I wanted to say is a big ♡thank you♡ to those of you who have been watching my youtube videos; I appreciate it so much~ So far I have four videos on my youtube channel, and have two which I have filmed and need to be edited (editing one right after I write this post!)!

Secondly; I wanted to bring up my Yuno Gasai cosplay series! This WILL still be going ahead, however, I want to do this series to the best of my ability and therefore I will not be starting the series until next year. My boyfriend recently received a professional camera for his birthday and he very graciously said that he would be happy to help out with anything I need~♡
Finally, I wanted to say thank you for your continued support! ♡ I love interacting with you all and have gotten braver and braver and more confident in myself; and it's all down to you~

♡ Thank you so much! ♡

♡ Have a lovely day, and a Merry Christmas if you celebrate! ♡

New Series! : My Yuno Cosplay!

Hi everybody!
I hope that you're having a lovely day!

I seem to be back into the swing of things now and to kick-start up the blog again, I have decided to do a series!
I am going to MCM Comic Con in Birmingham on the 21st of November and will be cosplaying as Yuno Gasai!
Yes, it's finally complete!
Tada! I'm so proud of it; this is my first ever head-to-toe cosplay and I think it went really well! I thought that I would share my experience of collecting the articles needed to complete the cosplay; as well as documenting my experience at the convention this Saturday!
The first video will most likely be the makeup, as I feel like you can use what I did for pretty much any anime/dolly look and therefore it would probably be the most useful!

That said, I really hope that you enjoy this next series~ It will be a really good way to not only remember things, but also to hopefully help new cosplayers like me or people who are just generally interested in this craft~

Thank you so much for reading, and I will write again soon!

♡ Spreepicky: Sweet Strawberry Top and Skirt Set ♡

Hi there lovelies!
♡ Sorry that I haven't posted in a while! ♡

I was lucky enough to go to Paris with my family last week, so I have been preparing for that; as well as lining up future reviews for you! (ノ>▽<。)ノ

Today I'm going to do another Spreepicky review!
This is what the packaging looked like outside of the main envelope!

As always, the packaging is so neat and tidy, and you get a cute little postcard with a sweet message for you! I was really hoping for a Sailor Moon branded one and I got Sailor Mercury! I was super happy (*^▽^)/
Right out of the packaging~ That's why they're a bit crinkly x'D
The printing is very high quality, and the skirt has another layer underneath the strawberry fabric to make it more opaque~
And here is what the set looks like on!
Bow Hairclip → eBay
T-Shirt → Spreepicky
Skirt → Spreepicky
Cardigan → New Look
Socks → Primark
Shoes → New Look

As always, I'm very happy about Spreepicky's service and product! For a set to come to around £21, I was really impressed, especially considering that in most shops over here, you would be charged that price for both items!

The shipping was fast and efficient as usual; everything was safely packaged with no damage. It fits perfectly!(Make sure that you check the measurements!)

Thanks again Spreepicky for your continuous high quality service!~
Thank you for reading everybody! Have a lovely day~

Outfit Inspiration!

Hello Everybody!
Hope you're well as always!!!

Today I thought I'd do something simple~ ♡ I put together three outfits on Polyvore to hopefully inspire you! ♡

♡♡♡ You may notice that the overall theme is pastels! ♡♡♡ That was by accident (//ω//) ! I love any kind of pastel colour so they just sort of crept in! ☆

☆☆☆ Without further ado; here are the outfits! ☆☆☆
☆Outfit 1☆
As you can tell, this outfit is inspired by Chibiusa from Sailor Moon! The jumper is obviously inspired by her; I paired this with a cute pink skirt similar to the colour of her the bow motif on the top. I also added white knit socks and pink trainers to maintain it's cute but casual tone. I thought it would be cute to have the bunny backpack because: a) I want one x'D and b) her hair is designed to look like rabbit ears :3 Top it off with a cute little pink hair bow and the look is complete!
☆Outfit 2☆
This outfit is inspired by the pastel goth style! I've been wanting to get into this style a lot recently because I have a lot of black in my wardrobe from when I was in my early teens and didn't know what my style was! Heheh(・_・ヾ Anyway, I LOVE UNICORNS. Like...crazy. So when I saw this jumper I just HAD to put it in a co-ord. For some reason I think of purple a lot when it comes to pastel goth, so I added this pastel purple tennis skirt and cool purple creepers to give the look some edge. I need a purple wig x'D and the jewelery is basically anything unconventional!
☆Outfit 3 ☆
This outfit is quite smart, but suuuuper pretty. I really wanted to add a co-ord with jeans because I wear jeans a LOT! I thought that this pastel top was GORGEOUS; and at £6 from CHOiES too! From there, I accessoried with colours within the top; such as the pink flowery bag to match the pattern on the peplum and smart pastel blue courts. I would wear this look with a neutral face of makeup (maybe with a pastel blue eyeliner) with a bit of a darker lipstick to look more polished.
I really hope that you enjoyed looking at the outfits I coordinated! I hope you get some inspiration~ As always, thanks for reading cuties~ P.S. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 300+ FOLLOWERS ON INSTA! You have no idea how much it means to me! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
Also, I have been considering creating a youtube channel! What do you all think? Please comment down below!
Okay, thank you sweeties again and again!♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

Lockshop Wigs: Cascade Review!

♡ Hello lovelies! ♡
Today I have a super exciting review for you!

This is not a sponsored review, as I am not working with Lockshop Wigs; however, I do want to make it clear that I did receive this product for free due to a lucky draw competition.

Let me explain:
Back in the end of March/April, I was lucky enough to win a competition that Lockshop Wigs was hosting on twitter! I feel so happy and blessed that I was able to have this opportunity because I have been an admirer of their wigs for quite some time!

I was contacted by a lovely lady called Bree who asked me for my email. Bree was an absolute joy to talk to; she answered a quick question I had regarding shipping (I wasn't sure where I was going to be when the parcel would arrive - home or university town), and was very polite all the way through.

The shipping did take a little while longer than usual because somebody was on holiday and therefore my wig couldn't be sent out. I was very happy and surprised however, as when the package finally got to my home, it had a priority sticker on it. I'm not sure if that's just due to my situation or not, but I still wanted to mention it because it shows how much they care about their customer service!

And now, to show the wig!
Dadum~ This is what the package looked like when I opened the envelope. I chose Cascade in Vanille, because ever since I was little, I wanted wavy fluffy blonde hair like clouds! I really liked the cute pink tissue with a sweet little sticker ^#^ I was also given three business cards, I will definitely be keeping one as I love to keep hold of cute things like this for my inspiration box/wall etc.

The wig was kept in form very well.

Here is what it looked like on me right out of the packaging.
This is without styling the wig.
I did brighten this image as I took it under unnatural lighting and you couldn't see it very well. Aside from that, I only softened my face because I wasn't wearing makeup ^#^"

As you can see, it looks very curly but unnaturally so. I was not a fan of the fringe at all, just because that style does not suit me. That night, I cut the fringe and brushed the whole wig out, and I was super happy with the result!
Look at that texture, it looks a lot more natural! I have always been scared of styling my wigs (besides the fringe) but I think now I have more confidence!

I took some more pictures in natural lighting the next day.
So pretty! Here are a couple more images for you~
Overall, I am extremely happy with Lockshop Wigs' service and product!
Although the prices of their wigs being a little expensive for a student like me, I will say that now that I have tried this one, I will definitely be purchasing some in the future!

Thank you so much to Lockshop Wigs for providing your fans with competitions like this! And thank you guys for reading! ♡ ♡ ♡

Have a lovely day/evening!

Kawaii Surprises Review!

Hi everyone!
Hope that you're doing well as always!

Today I have a review for Kawaii Surprises Japan!
My boyfriend and I celebrate every 'half' anniversary, so I bought him the Apple Surprise Goodie Bag and the Strawberry Surprise Goodie Bag as presents!

It was a super cute size! In the strawberry side there was about 8 sweets (or candies) and in the apple side there was roughly 10ish (from what I remember). The difference in amount was probably because the strawberry side contained larger sweets such as a Hello Kitty pocky-like item and the apple had lots of little sweets like tictacs!
When I opened the package there was this cute bag inside! I love cute things like this because I like to keep them for inspiration and to make me happy ^#^
And here is what was inside the bag!
I was able to receive a free gift by entering a code which was at the bottom of the website!

Here is what the free gift looked like!
Super adorable! This item tasted to me like chocolate over a cracker; which sounds a little bit strange, but was actually really yummy!

A picture of the treat~ NOW FOR THE MAIN EVENT!
Here is a closeup of the sweeties! I miss them ; u ;
My boyfriend was kind enough to share some things with me, and I must say, they were delicious! I think I prefer Japanese candy to British now ^#^"

My favourite on the strawberry side was the oreo branded sweet; it was like a crushed oreo with strawberries inside; which reminded me of a tart I made which was similar :3 My boyfriend liked the hard boiled type strawberry sweets which are pretty explanatory. On the apple side, I liked the gummy candies, whereas my boyfriend preferred a wide apple-lace type product :3

Thank you for your time! Have a lovely day!~ x
x Fran x

P.S. I'm super glad that I am practicing Japanese! My boyfriend picked out this cute Pikachu sweet and commented on how it felt like chocolate but when he opened it a little, he thought the texture was strange.
I inspected the side to see チューインガム or chu-ingamu...
CHEWING GUM! hahaha I was so glad that he let me read it or he probably would have swallowed it x'D

Fashion Inspiration~

Hello everyone! I hope that you are doing well!
Today I would like to share a couple of outfits that I have been really proud of!

As you all know, I am a big fan of pastel coloured fashion! However, in my day to day life, I don't really wear it. This is mainly because I don't have the funds to, but also because I get nervous that I am co-coordinating something wrong!

Last week however, I wore two co-ordinates that I am pretty proud of!

Hopefully they will inspire you too!

Dress → Topshop
Tights → Spreepicky
Shoes → ASOS
Cardigan → New Look
Bag → Debenhams

You can't see very well, but my tights have unicorns, stars and moons on them!

I haven't worn this dress in ages; the day I wore this co-ord it was quite warm so I decided to give it another go! I'm not sure if you can get the jelly shoes from ASOS anymore as I got mine for £5 in a promotion, but I'm sure if you search the web for them you will find some fairy cheap prices! I also adore the bag, the first time I saw it I fell in love and had to get it! (Though it was quite expensive D:) The cardigan is so snuggly and warm, I wear it with practically everything x'D

CO-ORD 2! ^#^"
I changed halfway through the day as it was getting cold!
This is my favourite co-ordinate!

Flower Hairband → Claire's (Accessories)
Little Twin Stars Necklace → Gift from a friend
Cinderella Necklace → Princesse Bo Peep (See my review here!)
T-shirt in left and right pic (has a cat face on it) → The Mountain
T-shirt in middle pic (has a unicorn on it) → Bodyline
Dungarees → Primark
Tights → Spreepicky
Socks → Primark
Shoes → Bodyline
Bag → Primark

Whew! That's a lotta stuff ^#^""""

I thought that socks over tight may look strange but actually I really liked the effect it gave with this outfit! Please read my review of the Cinderella necklace! It's still as gorgeous as when I received it! I am planning to do some DIY on the dungarees and perhaps sew a heart shape onto the pocket or something. I bought a bow from the charity shop I work at for 20p so maybe I can do something with that? I would be really happy to hear your ideas!
Thanks everybody!
I really appreciate you taking time out of your day to read my content!

Have a wonderful day!

Review: Princesse Bo Peep 'Kinder Cinderella Necklace'

Hi lovelies! =^#^=
Review time again! ^#^"
(But then again, this is what this blog has become x'D)

I plan to do some different style fashion posts too, such as inspiration and mood boosting outfits~
I have a polyvore account, but I don't go on it a lot!
Hopefully, this idea will improve my activity!
Okay, enough with the mini ramble! Today I will be reviewing Princesse Bo Peep's 'Kinder Cinderella Necklace'. I actually found this store from a sweet lolita sales group on facebook! I am a HUGE fan of Cinderella so when I saw this, I just HAD to get it!

I'm not sure if she is going to restock this product as it is handmade and the charm comes from a product here in the UK called Kinder Egg! However, somethings of a similar nature in stock is got a Snow White necklace and Aurora earrings which are so gorgeous!

Kinder Eggs are little chocolates shaped like eggs with toys inside, and you generally have to build the goodies inside! I used to really enjoy creative building process, but I was never really that fond of the chocolate; so I would give the eggs to my brother and he would give me the toys to make!

Here is a stock photo of the product from the Princesse Bo Peep store~
Isn't she cute?!

Princesse Bo Peep is a UK based store and it ships worldwide! They stock items such as jewellery and recently they have released a couple of clothing items!

Since I live in the UK, the product took no time at all for it to arrive! I can't remember exactly when it got to me after the order but it was definitely between 2-3 days which is what the site mentions.

Here is what my package looked like once I removed the envelope!

As you can see, the necklace was wrapped up all nicely in a protective wrap.

She also threw in some cute chocolates which were Easter themed and they were delicious! There is also a cute little note which reads 'Thank you for shopping with Princesse Bo Peep! We hope that your experience has been satisfactory, and that you love your item. Please let us know by leaving a review!'

I thought that this was such a cute and personal touch and it made me feel really valued as a customer! (Also, the little hand-drawn picture of their mascot is adorable!)
Some more images of the necklace!

I have found no faults at all with this product. The figurine hasn't been chipped or damaged in any way, and it still has all of its glitter on Cinderella's dress (hopefully the camera picked that up!)! She's super cute and I absolutely adore her. The clasp is secure and the ribbon shows no sign of wear or tear. Everything seems pretty fixed and safe!
Overall, I am very happy with the service which this shop provides and will definitely consider purchasing something else in the future!

When I contacted the owner of the store to ask permission for the stock photos she was very polite and sounded so kind and nice!
Thank you guys for reading! Have a wonderful day x
